MEMBERSHIP IN THE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB
We have joined forces with Twentieth Century Fox to create official fan clubs offering exclusive merchandise, newsletters and other special benefits. As the Official Fan Club, we provide genuine licensed merchandise and exclusive behind the scenes information to our members.

What do I get when I join an Official Fan Club? Top of page

When will I receive my first newsletter? Top of page
Once you join, you can login to the website, go to the My Account area and view all existing newsletters for the fan club you have joined. Going forward, you will automatically receive copies of each of your fan club's newsletters via email as they are published.

Can I join a fan club if I don't have a credit card or don't want to use my credit card online? Top of page
Yes. You can pay to join any of our official fan clubs and pay by check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds. You can select the Mail/Fax payment option in the checkout process and this will allow you to print out your order and mail it in with your check or money order.

How much does it cost to join an Official Fan Club? Top of page

What if I lose my membership ID? Top of page
No problem. If you lose your membership ID, click here, enter your email address and sit back your membership id will be emailed to you without delay.

What happens when I join online? Top of page
When you join online, you will receive your membership I.D. in your confirmation email and that id is activated immediately once your order has been successfully processed. Accordingly, you will be able to receive all of the great member benefits without delay. Special note, your membership kit is shipped separately from other merchandise orders and will typically arrive within four to six weeks after you join the club.

As the Official fan clubs, we plan to offer several signed items in the official fan club stores and will post them whenever available. Note, as the Official fan club, you can be assured that all autographed items are genuine and authentic!

Can I join online today and enjoy the exclusive 10% fan club discount on fan club merchandise immediately? Top of page
Yes, you can receive the fan club member discount immediately if you join online with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card.

If I join by mail, will I receive my membership benefits right away? Top of page
If you join by mail, you cannot receive your membership benefits until your order is received and successfully processed. At that point, you will receive a confirmation email with your member id. That will allow you to login to the website and start receiving your online benefits (10% discount, access to past newsletters, etc.). Note, your exclusive fan club kit is typically received 4-6 weeks after your order has been successfully processed.

Can non-members purchase products from this Web site? Top of page
Yes. Although membership allows you to receive access to a special 10% member discount, special offers and access to member only merchandise, you do not need to be a fan club member to purchase most of the licensed merchandise from any official fan club web site.

If I am not a fan club member, why can't I buy certain products online? Top of page
Some products are limited in quantity, which is why we only make them available to members of the Official Fan Clubs. If you would like to purchase one of these products and receive the benefits of fan club membership, please visit the Join Club section of the main website.

How do you ship your products? Top of page
Although our shipping methods are always subject to change, please click here to view our current shipping table. Note: pending the availability of certain items, please allow four to six weeks for the delivery of your order.

Can I purchase these products from anyone else? Top of page
The majority of our officially licensed products are produced exclusively for our fan clubs.

Are all your products officially licensed by Twentieth Century Fox? Top of page
Yes. This ensures their quality and authenticity (and your piece of mind).

What are Original Shooting Scripts? Top of page
These collectible original shooting scripts are the official scripts used by the cast, directors and crew when shooting the applicable episode. All of the scripts are bound with heavy-duty gem brass theatrical brads and packaged protectively.

We are continually working with Twentieth Century Fox and the televisions and theatrical shows to identify and develop new merchandise opportunities that we can bring to you.

What am I responsible for when shipping to Canada or an International location? Top of page
Customers placing orders for delivery outside of the United States of America are responsible for the payment of any customs, duties taxes or other charges imposed upon any shipment.

What if my country does not appear in the pull down menu? Top of page
If the country is not listed, then we are not currently offering delivery to that location. We will be updating the country list periodically, so we encourage you to check back occasionally.

Can I purchase licensed merchandise if I don't have a credit card or don't want to use my credit card online? Top of page
Yes. You can pay for Official fan club merchandise by check or money order provided that the check or money order is drawn on a U.S. bank and is submitted in U.S. funds. You can either click Fax/Mail Order as your payment option (when checking out) to obtain a printable version of your order which you can mail in with your payment. You can also obtain a catalog and order form by clicking here (coming soon). Just print it, fill out your order and mail or fax in.
